Christian turned 32 this weekend. This was the first time we celebrated with just the three of us. We went to a new restaurant that opened up by our house for sushi. It ended up being just like where we went for my birthday. It was very delicious!
This is my dinner minus the nigiri. The shrimp tempera rolls are my favorite! Christian got the steak, shrimp, and chicken combo on the grill. Of course I shared some of that as well. We both caught shrimp in our mouths that the chef tossed to us. I didn't want to do it at first because everyone was watching us, but luckily it landed in my mouth. 
Jellybean loved watching the chef cook the food. They make it so fun to watch.
Jellybean helped daddy open his card from us. We got him an iTunes gift card and he is getting some new power tools. Bring on the projects! We both want to make us a new headboard. :)
We made Christian a German chocolate cake for dessert! It is one of my new favorites. (don't mind the random placing of the candles)
Jellybean wanted to blow out her own candle. She is so funny when she blows on things. Lots of moisture comes a long with it.We love you so much Christian! You are an amazing husband and daddy. You work so hard for our family and I really appreciate it. I hope you had a great birthday!

Happy Birthday big brother!! It wasnt a suprise you worked all day on your b-day, we wished we could have seen you while you were here...but it looks like you guys had a fun night together at dinner! Hope to see you guys soon!

I have tried to send a comment 2 times now and for some reason when I hit post comment it has deleted my comment. Here I go again. Hope it works this time. I wanted to wish Chris a belated B-day!! Hope it was a good one. I bet it was nice to have a quiet one with your darling little family. You guys have been so crazy that it was probably good to have a calm one. Addy is soooo darling. She is getting so big. Ashley you are so talented. You always take such cute pictures. And I love your quilt tops. I can't believe how fast you did them. You have such a knack with picking fabrics. I have about 4 tops done ready to be quilted too. It is so expensive though. I did try quilting one on my machine. It was fun, but hard. I think with practice it would get easier. Call me sometime and I will give you a few pointers that I learned. I am in California right now tending Bennett and Grayson (until the economy changes and Sara can quit her job or until Curt finds work). It would be fun if you guys could come for a visit. Take care.
