Spring

Happy first day of spring! I am so glad the winter days will soon be behind us. Bring on the warm sunshine! Jellybean's aunt Andy came to play today. These pictures are of them playing peek-a-boo. She was laughing so hard. It's so fun to hear her cute little giggles and to see her with a big smile!

We were trying to get Jellybean to stay sitting up all by herself. She would sit for just a sec before her toes looked like too much fun to play with!

Yesterday Heidi's mom Janet came to my moms house to help me learn how to make a bag. She is such an amazing seamstress! After 4 and a half hours of cutting, ironing, and sewing this is my finished project....

It was so fun! I made it for Jellybean. I wanted her to have a cute new spring bag to take her things in to church.

It even has inside pockets!

It is a pretty big bag! I am going to make another one all by myself but alter the size. Besides a little girl can't have to many bags!

VERY cute!! I need to make one of those. But I don't think I can dedicate 4 hours to making a bag...I need one to take my pool items to the pool with me this summer. She is definitely a cutie.

Jellybean is soooo cute. I love all the pictures. The bag looks great too. I've seen those before and I bet it will come in handy, you always have the cutest fabric picked out. So, ya, call me when you get together with your mom, I'd love to join you for some fun projects!!

That little girlie is so adorable! I love the bag as well. Cute fabric choices (as always)!

I kind of want one myself. And like you said, a girl can never have too many bags.

Ginger-
You totally could make a cute bag for the pool. It took that long because we were chatting, I took 2 breaks to feed the baby, and also trying to read a very confusing patteren. I could do it again a lot faster. I would love to help if you want to do it!

Rookie-
You really need to make a bag! You buy purses like you buy your jewels! :) There are so many cute styles.
