14 MONTHS

Jellybean is 14 months old today. It seems each month goes by faster and faster. She has turned into a little girl. She wants to do everything by herself and on her terms. I found she will eat so much better if I let her feed herself. (I don't love this because she gets it everywhere, but whatever works!) She has mastered crawling and cruises around everywhere. Her favorite thing to do is unload her bag, my purse, our suit cases, and the laundry and scatter it all over the place. What a mess she can make! She is pulling herself up to everything. A week ago she wasn't able to get passed her knees. She is getting her second tooth on the bottom left. I can't wait for a cheesy smile with some little teeth!
Jellybean is obsessed with my parents cat Milo. She wont leave the poor thing alone. I'm just waiting for the cat to attack her. Since we have been at my mom's house she has also been following Andrea around. The poor girl doesn't have her own space. They play everyday and get wild and crazy. Luckily this trip it's not taking her as long to warm up to everyone. Now we just need to go down and hang out with Alice. We have only got to see her once. Sorry Alice!
Chris and I have so much fun with Jellybean. Each new stage is so much fun to watch. Some are much harder than others, but still very rewarding. We love her so much!

First Tooth

(Daddy this is for you!)
Jellybean finally cut her first tooth on Sunday. Her two bottom teeth have been right under the gum for over a month now. They swell up and go back down. This teething business takes forever! She hasn't been ornery luckily. She bites on her finger like in the picture all day. I'm sure as the different teeth come in it will be more painful.
Jellybean learned to pull herself up to the couch last week. Her legs are still a little wiggly and she fell and hit her head on the corner of the couch. Her poor little head has a bruise. I'm sure it's the first of many to come. This stage is rough on their poor little bodies!
Chris we miss you so so much! We loved seeing you that little bit over the weekend. We can't wait for you to come on Friday! Thanks for being such a hard worker. We love you!

Home For The Holidays

We are loving being home! It's so nice to be here in this amazing warm weather. I have loved visiting with family and friends. I am so lonely in Chicago so I am really enjoying the company. Thanksgiving has come and gone quickly. I really love this time of year! We have all ready been out shopping hitting the sales. There is just something about the crowds and the decorated stores that get you in the spirit.

On Saturday while I was at the salon working, Chris went fishing with the Brian and Randy. They went up to Naughton Lake in Wyoming. He had so much fun. It's a rare occasion for Chris to have a day off work, so he took full advantage of it!

Here are a few pictures from Thanksgiving. We really didn't take very many. We were to busy eating, playing, and visiting.

Here are a few pictures Alice took of our feast. My mom always cooks a delicious meal.
